Directions

We are located in the heart of Merritt Island only 0.5 miles from the Merritt Square Mall directly on the waters of Sykes Creek.  We are the fourth building north of Applebees and across the street from Community Bank of the South.  The building is mostly yellow with a hunter green trim.  Our office is located in Suite A of the building.

From the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral or Satellite/Melbourne Beach Area

Take State Road 520 West to Sykes Creek Parkway.  Make right heading North on Sykes Creek Parkway.  As stated above we are the building approximately ¼ mile north of 520 on the right/east side of the road.

From the Pt. St. John/Titusville Area

Take either US-1 or I-95 to state road 528 the Beachline to State Road 3/Courtenay Parkway.  Take State Road 3 South to Merritt Avenue.  Take Merritt Avenue eastbound to Sykes Creek Parkway.  The road ends at the office.  You will need to take the right hand lane as if you were making a right turn but instead, immediately hang a left into the parking lot.  (Please be careful as this can be a busy and tricky intersection.) If you can’t make the turn because of traffic simply make a u-turn or turn into another office building farther south and then approach from the south on Sykes Creek Parkway.

From the Palm Bay/Melbourne/Viera Area

Take either State Road 3, US-1, I-95, or Fiske to State Road 520.  Head east on State Road 520 to Sykes Creek Parkway.  Make a left and head north on Sykes Creek Parkway.  Our building isapproximately ¼ mile north of 520 on the right (east) side of the road.
