Pricing on all surgical procedures is finalized through a consultation.  Payments are accepted as cash, credit card, or cashier’s check.  We do not accept personal checks for surgeries.  Although we do not offer in house financing, we do work with several outside lenders who offer health-care related financing.  Below are some links to these lender’s websites:
