Dr. Bashore graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology and Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He interned in General Surgery at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, California and completed his residency at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Bashore served his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Wilford Hall, Lackland AFB, Texas, where he went on to serve as Assistant Professor. He was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1985 and the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1988. Dr. Bashore is a member of many professional societies including the Fellow American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
